At südback, the trade fair for bakery and confectionery, around 560 exhibitors meet trade visitors from Germany and abroad. On 60,000 gross square meters of exhibition space, companies will be presenting the main areas of work and operating technology, raw materials, merchandise, store fittings and equipment, sales promotion and services relating to the baking industry.

Trade visitors can exchange ideas with colleagues, international market leaders and other experts on current trends and discuss developments and future opportunities in the industry in the wide-ranging supporting program.
