Simonelli Group has acquired a stake in Swedish coffee filter machine company 3TEMP.
The acquisition is said to expand Simonelli Group's portfolio, strengthening its position in a growing market segment and reinforcing its commitment to delivering tailored coffee solutions for consumers and professionals.
As part of its growth strategy, Simonelli said that the company is positioning itself "as a leader in the industry" with an integrated ecosystem that adapts to market trends, evolving consumer preferences and potential disruptions.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
