Dice Provisions, a new food innovation company based in Los Angeles, has introduced its latest product: Dice Coffee Ice Cubes, the "first-ever" craft coffee ice cubes designed to enhance the iced coffee experience while preventing dilution.

The launch comes just days before National Coffee Day on September 29, highlighting a growing trend in coffee consumption that prioritises convenience and flavour preservation.

In a market increasingly focused on innovative beverage solutions, Dice Coffee Ice Cubes aims to address a common consumer complaint – the dilution of iced coffee.

The product allows customers to enjoy their cold coffee drinks without compromising flavour integrity as the ice melts. Made from premium organic coffee, the ice cubes are crafted from dark roast beans and utilize a unique nitro-freezing process to maintain a rich, full-bodied taste.

“Consumers are looking for ways to enjoy their coffee without the drawbacks of traditional ice,” said Gaelan Simpson, co-founder of Dice Provisions. “Our coffee ice cubes not only keep drinks cold but also enhance the flavour profile, providing a satisfying experience from the first sip to the last.”

Each resealable stand-up pouch contains 24 ounces of Dice Coffee Ice Cubes, sufficient for approximately a week’s worth of iced coffee at home.

The product is certified organic, contains no additives or sugar and is marketed as a low-calorie option with less than 5 calories per serving. Retailing at $12.99, the cubes are designed for easy access in grocery store freezers.

In addition to iced coffee, Dice Coffee Ice Cubes can also be used in shakes, smoothies and cocktails, appealing to a broad range of consumers seeking a convenient coffee kick in various beverages.

With the National Coffee Association reporting a growing preference for cold coffee beverages, products like Dice Coffee Ice Cubes could meet the evolving demands of consumers.

The company, founded by husband-and-wife team Gaelan Simpson and Michael Kamins, aims to capture this trend with a product that prioritises flavour, convenience and quality.
