Lipton Teas and Infusions has announced Pierre Laubies as its new chief executive officer.

Laubies has served as interim CEO for six months, succeeding Nathalie Roos, who stepped down in 2024 after two years for personal reasons. Before this, Laubies was chairman of the supervisory board since Lipton Teas and Infusions' establishment in 2022.


Laubies brings extensive experience, having held roles at Mars and Campbell Soup before serving as CEO of Jacobs Douwe Egberts and Coty. He also remains a board member at Groupe Panzani.


Lipton Teas and Infusions, the parent company of household names like Pukka and PG Tips, operates production sites across four continents and is present in over 100 countries.
