Tango is expanding its permanent soft drinks range with the launch of Tango Strawberry, following growth in demand for strawberry-flavoured carbonates.

Owned by Carlsberg Britvic, Tango said the launch responds to the increasing popularity of strawberry-flavoured soft drinks, particularly in the out-of-home channel.

According to CGA by NielsenIQ data, strawberry-flavoured carbonated drinks recorded volume growth of 6.7% and value growth of 12% in the 12 months to 31 March 2026.

The new flavour will join Tango’s core range, rather than being introduced as a limited-edition product.

Tango Strawberry is rolling out in Iceland stores and selected quick-service restaurant outlets from 22 June.
